PA State Inspection Fees:
For customers in Pennsylvania, the state sticker fee is not included and must be paid separately. Ascendance Trucks complies with all state and federal regulations, and passing an inspection does not guarantee continued compliance or exemption from future violations.
Limitations of Liability:
Ascendance Trucks is not responsible for any fines, penalties, breakdowns, or operational disruptions resulting from failed inspections, unresolved maintenance issues, or non-compliance with federal, state, or local regulations. The results of the inspection are provided for informational purposes only, and it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to address any required repairs or compliance concerns.
No Guarantee of Pass or Certification:
A free inspection does not guarantee that a vehicle will pass Pennsylvania or DOT certification requirements. If deficiencies are found, necessary repairs must be made before a passing inspection sticker can be issued. Ascendance Trucks reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles that do not meet safety standards or that require extensive repairs beyond the scope of this offer.
